During the pandemic, many services shifted towards the "uberization" trend. As a learning exercise. We embraced this wave of innovation with an interesting concept aimed at transforming the traditional hairdressing and barber services into a more accessible, on-demand model.

This project, undertaken early in my career, was an invaluable exercise in developing multiple design skills. The goal was to explore the "uberization" of a physical and in-person service, delving into both user interface (UI) design and the behind-the-scenes elements of service design:

  • Sitemap Construction: Developed a detailed sitemap for both user and service provider platforms, ensuring a seamless navigation structure.

  • Service Blueprint Planning: Created a service blueprint to outline the interactions and processes for users and providers, mapping out the entire service journey.

  • Crafting: Designed comprehensive wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes to visualize and refine the user experience.
